Paul Trihey, President of GEXEL TELECOM awarded Personality of the year for 2008 at the XVIIIth Gala des Flèches

The awards recognize the outstanding achievements of Customer Contact Centres and Customer Contact Centre professionals.
The award for Personnality of the Year was presented to Paul Trihey, President of Gexel Telecom.
Mr. Trihey received his trophy from Mrs Johanne Hinse, Vice President, Customer Contact Centre and Residential Sales, Cogeco Cable and last year's winner of the award.
During the ceremony Mrs. Hinse commented that: “since his arrival, Mr. Trihey knew he wanted to surround himself with leaders and managers that share his values and vision. He is known for a management style that is based on transparency, partnership and teamwork. Leader that he is, he has created an environment where his employees not only feel they are a member of the company, but also with the customers they serve on a daily basis".
Gexel Telecom was also a finalist for two categories: Agent of the Year and Customer Contact Centre of the Year, outsourcing category.
