Gexel Telecom currently operates 3 sites in Quebec to effectively meet our clients’ needs. At present, we have a staff of over 650 carefully recruited agents.

In the heart of Old Montreal, about 2 minutes away from the Place d’Armes subway station, Gexel is seeking to hire hard working and motivated individuals who have a passion for customer service.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls
• Actively listen to our customers to resolve their issues and find resolution.
• Promote various products and services
• Act as a consultant to our customers

• Base salary of $12.00/hour

We are looking for candidates that have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Experience in customer service (asset)
• Very good computer skills
• Great communication abilities

Schedule:
Our center is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 9:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 6:00pm. In order for us to respond to our clients’ needs, the candidates we are looking for must be ready to work according to various schedules within these operating hours.
