Our training makes it possible to identify, develop and implement key human resource management tools (planning, recruiting, selection, compensation, communication, training, labour relations, policies, workplace health and safety, etc.).
We offer a recognition program for employees who distinguish themselves, either through their attitude at work, the quality of their services or their performance.
To encourage the participation of employees, we organize contests and recognition programs. A social committee has also been created for each site to create a feeling of belonging.
