Founded in 1998, Gexel Telecom has set itself the mandate of offering one-stop direct communication service to North American and European companies through its 4 Customer Contact Centres in Quebec: 1 in Montreal (3 floors at the 507,Place d'Armes), 1 in Magog, 1 in Thetford Mines and 1 in Cowansville. Gexel has gone global and can now meet the different needs of an international clientele.

Since its creation, Gexel Telecom has seen continued growth, tripling its staff over the past 3 years. It has also invested time and money in the research, development and acquisition of complete solutions that meet customer relations outsourcing needs, including inbound and outbound calls, Web-based help, training and quality management.
