At Gexel we offer continuous training programs that are personalized and adapted to the needs of our employees, providing them with the opportunity for constant improvement.
We train our employees on both relationalship and different methodologies to improve their results. Our trainers have over 40 years of experience in training and have developed proven tools and techniques to provide a superior learning experience.

The training is divided into different subjects and generally take 2-3 hours per subject.
This program is used at all employment levels: Agents, Supervisors, Trainers, Site Managers and Team Leaders.
