We presently operate in 4 sites with more than 700 quality agents.
At Gexel Telecom, we put the emphasis on customer contact centres of small size and all our employees work in a sunny environment.

Our experiment showed that to use premises of 50 employees and less facilitates the integration and the follow-up of the agents, which has a direct effect on their productivity and motivation.
